What is Botox?
Neurotoxin is a medicine administered to relax and/or shape the targeted muscles of the face and body.
Various neurotoxins, Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, and Jeuveau, are now widely available and commonly used to treat wrinkles.
Numerous studies have demonstrated near equivalency of efficacy among these different neurotoxins.
SuperBotoxSM, on the other hand, is an advanced technique of neurotoxin preparation and injection which affords more comfort, less bruising, more precision, efficacy, and possibly longer duration. The preparation involves use of proprietary pharmaceutical actives to enhance the onset and longevity of neurotoxin. The injection technique allows precise, blanket like absorption to facilitate more even, natural, and effective results. In addition, most patients preferred this technique. The treatment also has a characteristic blanched look for about half hour after the administration.
For patients seeking enhanced and longer lasting results, this treatment is the preferred option.

Tired of your double chin and chubby face?
Now, there is a long lasting solution to slim your neckline without surgery.
Double chin and chubby face are often results of three factors: saggy neck muscle, stubborn submental and jowl fat, and lax skin. Occasional, a receding chin may also add to the double chin. Treating only one of the factors often does not yield optimal result.
Slim Lift addresses all three conditions of muscle, fat, and skin at the same time to achieve neck lifting, fat melting, and skin tightening. This injection treatment combines three tools: SuperBotox, fat melting deoxycholic acid, and albumin rich high-density growth factors derived from one’s own blood. SuperBotox is used to lift the neck muscle and reduce the central and sides of neck bulging. High concentration of fat melting injection of deoxycholic acid is then used to sequentially melt the fat. High density growth factors, derived from your own blood, in conjunction with other anti-bruising medicine, is used to promote collagen regeneration and growth, reduces the inflammation and swelling, and helps with controlled skin contraction.
Occasionally, chin correction with Fillers may further improve the neck contour.
This treatment works faster than fat melting injection, lasts longer than Botox, provides more neck skin tightening than RF or ultrasound, and more easily removes fat than liposuction surgery.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
1. The only non-surgical treatment which both tightens saggy neck muscle and melts stubborn fat
2. Faster result than fat melting injection
3. Longer lasting than Botox
4. More neck skin tightening than RF or ultrasound
5. Easier than liposuction
What Conditions May Be Treated?
1. Double chin
2. Chubby face
3. Bulging neck fat
4. Bulging neck muscle
5. Early jowls
6. Early neck bands
7. Early skin laxity
Whom is the treatment for?
1. Patients with realistic expectation
2. Patients in good healthy conditions
3. Adequate fat for harvesting in case of fat grafting
4. Stable weight without frequent or excess weight gain or loss
Whom is the treatment not for?
1. Patients with unrealistic expectation
2. Patients with low blood sugar, dehydration, acute disease, autoimmune disorder, blood disorder, cancer, or on bleeding thinning medications.
How is the treatment done?
The treatment is done in multiple sessions.
First, the muscle is addressed. SuperBotox is injected to relax the central and sides of the neck muscle to lift neck both at rest and during neck contraction.
Within one week, a fat melting injection session is administered. After oral anti-swelling medicine and local anesthetics are given, the neck is marked. Then, a proprietary combination of fat melting and collagen regeneration medicine is injected: autologous albumin with growth factors derived one’s own blood, specialized anti-bruising medicine, and fat melting deoxycholic acid.
Within four to six weeks, another fat melting injection session is administered. Increasing concentration of fat melting medicine and collagen regeneration medicine is used.
Generally, several sessions are required.
The treatment takes about one hour in an outpatient clinic setting.
Local anesthesia may be used.
What results may be expected?
1. Reduced double chin
2. Reduced chubby face
3. Reduced neck bulging at rest and during neck contraction
4. Tighter neck skin
When will one see the results?
The results will be seen gradually within one month after each session. After the swelling subsides with few days, the results will look more and more natural.
How long do the results last?
Results for the muscle last six months or more, and results for the skin and fat last years. Duration of effect is similar regardless of sessions of treatments, but the magnitude of change will be determined by the number of sessions.
How to maintain or enhance my results?
No special maintenance is needed. To enhance your results, consider alternatives.
What is the recovery like?
Recovery lasts few days to one week.

Following local anesthesia, fillers are injected slowly and retrograde in low pressure settings to slowly, incrementally, and gradually restore the lost volume of the targeted skin sites.
Generally, several sessions are required.
Results are more precise, longer lasting, and more complete when injections are done in stages. Specific areas of collagen or fat loss are the addressed with serial sessions monthly injections. The treatments are sized to your dimensions and customized to your specific facial needs.
All unused prepared or mixed medicine must be packaged and labeled with the recipient patient’s identification.
The treatment takes about half hour in an outpatient clinic setting.
Local anesthesia is used.
What results may be expected?
1. Longer Nose
2. Fuller Lips
3. Enhanced chin
4. Smoother temples
5. Plumper and voluminous mid-face
6. More heart shaped looking face

How is the treatment done?
Following local anesthesia, fillers are injected slowly and retrograde in low pressure settings to slowly, incrementally, and gradually restore the lost volume of the targeted skin sites.
Specific areas of facial collagen or fat loss are the addressed with serial sessions monthly injections. The treatments are sized to your dimensions and customized to your specific facial needs.
Several sessions are needed. The procedure can take one hour in an office setting. Procedure usually need only local anesthesia.
One’s own platelets derived platelets rich plasma, PRP, is harvested and concentrated to derive HDGF(high density growth factors). Prepared scaffolding agent is then mixed with the HDGF, along with blood CD 34 stem cells or placental stem cells, if needed, to create a suspension of biological seeds, micronutrients, and scaffold. The suspension is then “activated” to promote release of the numerous growth factors from one’s platelets.
Once injected, more voluminous heart-shaped face is instantly creasted, while adding nourishment, hydration, and repair to the skin.
Further activation and amplification can be achieved by exterenal or internal energy using radiofrequency or laser to kick start the biochemical stimulation. This process of using light stimulation to enhance photosensitizer agents to jump start the regenerative and reparative process is called Photodynamic Rejuvenation. Commonly used energy include low level laser(LLL), radiofrequency, or infrared laser. Prior to starting of photodyanmic session, photosensitizer and non-photosensitizer antioxidants are administered. Subsequently, external light or radiofrequency can be applied for a brief duration, or internal inside-the-skin laser can be used for a brief duration to start the photodynamic process.
Generally, several sessions are required. The treatment takes about our hour in an outpatient clinic setting. Procedures usually require only local anesthesia.

What are Antioxidant Fillers?
As we age, our skin envelope begins to thin out. Collagen and fat begin to shrink, giving us a hollow or sunken appearance.
Fillers are synthetic or autologous agents used to help restore the volume for the face and body.
Antioxidant Fillers are upgraded and longer lasting versions of the existing hyaluronic acid fillers. These regular fillers, such as Belotero, Juvaderm, Revanesse Versa, and Restylane, can be combined with proprietary FDA approved antioxidants to enhance and prolong the duration of the fillers. Hyaluronic acid fillers reinforced with antioxidants can better resist degradation by one’s own immune system, thereby prolonging the effects of the fillers.

What is Chin Contour?
As we age, our skin envelope begins to thin out. Collagen and fat begin to shrink, giving us a hollow or sunken appearance.
Fillers are synthetic or autologous agents used to help restore the volume for the face and body.
ChinLContour is an easy, simple, flexible, and long lasting non-surgical chin contouring injection treatment for the receding chin.
Chin Contour produces instant filling effect and gradual collagen stimulation overtime. Best of all, Chin Contour is easier than surgery, restores both bone and soft tissue volume, works faster than fat grafting, lasts much longer(almost ten to thirty times longer than traditional hyaluronic acid acid, with a duration ranging from 5 to 15 years and possibly longer, and feels softer than rigid filler like ArteFill.
Customized to the needs of both bone and soft tissue, this technique customizes an individually composition of FDA approved variable weight hyaluronic acid, antioxidant, and Silikon-1000. The duration of traditional hyaluronic acid is significantly enhanced with the addition of variable volume mixture of low and high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, the anti-degradation effect of antioxidant, and the prolonged collagen stimulation effect of Silikon-1000. The effect is a soft, natural feeling of volume contouring.
Subsequently, the filler product is injected via special instrumentation, in incremental layers, and in multiple sessions, to build up progressively the volume filling effect.
As the immune slowly breaks down the hyaluronic acid, the Silikon 1000 begins to stimulate collagen. The produced collagen and its associated Silikon 1000 are much more slowly metabolized, thereby significantly prolong the duration of the filler.
The variable composition of Chin Contour allows flexible treatment of both bone and soft tissue for nasolabial folds, folds around the mouth and chin, and receding chin.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
Easier than surgery
More complete improvement for both bone and soft tissue than implant
Faster than fat grafting
Much longer lasting than hyaluronic acid
Softer feeling, longer lasting, more cost effective than BellaFill, requiring no pre-testing
What Conditions May Be Treated?
Recediing chin
Nasolabial folds
Folds around the mouth

What is Super Collagen Lift?
As we age, our skin envelope begins to thin out. Collagen and fat begin to shrink, giving us a hollow or sunken appearance.
Fillers are synthetic or autologous agents used to help restore the volume for the face and body.
Now, you can gradually reshape your face while regenerating your own real hydrating collagen with much better and longer results than fillers alone.
This treatment uses the principle of regenerative medicine called tissue engineering. To understand the principles of regenerative medicine, think of how grapes are grown. To grow grapes on the vines, you need four things: seeds, nutrition, vines, and sunlight. Seeds determine the source of life and the quantity of grapes. Nutrition such as water, soil, and fertilizers affect the quality of grapes; the vines, create the shape of the grapevines; lastly, the sun, acting as a source of energy, starts the growth process.
In living tissues, seeds are stem cells, which have regenerative and repairing abilities. Nutrition is one’s own growth factors, which are found in our blood. Frameworks are synthetic shaping agents, which are found in synthetic scaffolds. Laser or radiofrequency acts as energy stimulation to spark biochemical growth.
Together, these four agents, including stem cells, growth factors, scaffolds, and energetic stimulation constitute the principle of regenerative medicine. Using this regenerative principle, a state-of-the-art technique, now called Super Collagen Lift, is utilized to “regrow” one’s collagen which was once lost in time.
Super Collagen LiftSM, a novel non-surgical face lifting technique, combines the shaping effect of the scaffolding agent Sculptra, platelet rich plasma (PRP) derived growth factors, blood CD 34 stem cells or placental stem cells, and low level laser photostimulation. This procedure gradually stimulates your lost collagen, restores facial shape, smoothes out facial wrinkles, and even nourishes the skin. Sculptra acts as a synthetic scaffolding agent, providing shape. PRP derived high density growth factors nourishes the skin. The blood CD34 stem cells or placental stem cells seeds and repairs the aging skin. Low level laser provides the energy stimulation to activate and invigorates the healing capacities of stem cells and growth factors.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
1. Biologically regenerate and repair one’s own collagen and microcirculation
2. Much longer lasting and economical than synthetic fillers
3. More comfortable than Sculptra alone
4. Easier than fat injection
5. Indirect lifting as compared to the direct lifting of facelifts

What is InstantLiftSM?
As we age, our skin envelope begins to thin out. Collagen and fat begin to shrink, giving us a hollow or sunken appearance.
Fillers are synthetic or autologous agents used to help restore the volume for the face and body.
Instant Lift may be your best solution to look great quickly with much longer effects with nourishing and hydrating effects.
Instant Lift creates more shapely face instantly with more hydrated and smoother looking skin.
Nutrition such as water, soil, and fertilizers affect the quality of grapes; the vines, create the shape of the grape vines; lastly, the sun, acting as a source of energy, starts the growth process.
In living tissues, seeds are stems cells which have regenerative and repairing abilities. Nutrition is one’s own growth factors, which are found in our blood. Frameworks are synthetic shaping agents, which are found in synthetic scaffolds. Laser or radiofrequency act as energy stimulation to spark the biochemical growth.
Together, these four agents, including stems cells, growth factors, scaffolds, and energetic stimulation constitute the principle of regenerative medicine. Using this regenerative principle, a state-of-the-art technique, now called Photodynamic Super Instant Lift, is utilized to instantly reshpae the face while nourishing, repairing, and hydrating the face.
Instant LiftSM, a novel non-surgical face lifting technique, combines the shaping effect of the scaffolding agent Fillers, platelet rich plasma(PRP) derived HDGF(high density growth factors), blood CD 34 stem cells or placental stem cells, and low level laaser (LLL) photostimulation. This procedure gradually stimulates your lost collagen, restores facial shape, smoothes out facial wrinkles, and even nourishes the skin. Fillers act as a synthetic scaffolding agent, providing shape. PRP derived high density growth factors HDGF nourishes the skin, and/or the blood CD34 stem cells or placental stem cells seeds and repairs the aging skin.
This treatment works more conveniently than Fat injection, lasts longer than Fillers, and produce more much dramatic effects than botox injection. Furthermore, as far as we know, our center has the most experience in America in this registered regenerative medicine technique.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
1. Multilayer facial contouring
2. Instantly improve flat face
3. Instantly create shapely chin
4. Easier than fat injection
5. more hydrating than fillers
6. more volume and longer lasting than hyaluronic acid fillers

How is the treatment done?
What is Scar Lift SM?
Scar Lift, a novel non-surgical scar treatment technique, combines the collagen stimulation effect of advanced microneedling MotoRoller, Sculptra, PRP derived high density growth factors, and subcision.
This procedure gradually stimulates your lost collagen, restores facial shape, smoothes out facial scars, and even nourishes the skin. MotoRoller improves superficial texture and superficial scars. Sculptra acts as a synthetic scaffolding agent, providing shape. PRP derived high density growth factors provide nourishment to the healing skin. Subcision undermines and releases the underlying adherent scar bed to allow new collagen ingrowth.
This treatment smoothens the skin, lifts the face, and provides deeper collagen stimulation than laser, yield much longer lasting results than fillers, and afford less downtime than fat grafting.

How is the treatment done?
Subcision is performed by introducing a micro-dissecting cannula to underline, release, and separate the underlying scar beds. A open space is therefore created, allowing room for injection and regeneration of new collagen growth.
One’s own platelets derived platelets rich plasma, PRP, is harvested and concentrated to derive high density growth factors. Prepared Sculptra is then mixed with the high density growth factors to create a suspension of biological seeds, micronutrients, and scaffold. The suspension is then “activated” to promote release of the numerous growth factors from one’s platelets. Once injected, collagen stimulation, growth, and regeneration gradually takes place, “re-growing” your face back to a plumper, more voluminous heart-shaped face.
MotoRoller, the advanced microneedling, is started after topical numbing medicine is applied for a brief duration. After the numbing cream is washed off, the roller is applied in horizontal, vertical, and diagonal strokes to produce pinkness and faint pin-point oozing. Topical skin micronutrients are then applied and rolled into the depth of the skin, followed by additional strokes until the products are absorbed.
Generally, several sessions are required.
Results are more precise, longer lasting, and more complete when injections are done in stages. Specific areas of collagen or fat loss are the addressed with serial sessions of monthly injections. The treatments are sized to your dimensions and customized to your specific facial needs.
All unused prepared or mixed medicine must be packaged and labeled with the recipient patient’s identification.
The treatment takes about few hours in an outpatient clinic setting
.
Local anesthesia may be used.
What results may be expected?
1. Smoother temples
2. Plumper and voluminous mid-face
3. More heart-shaped looking face
4. More sculpted cheek definition

6. Lifted early jowls
7. More fullness of the chin
8. More hydrated, plumber, and even-toned skin
When will one see the results?
The results will be seen gradually within one to two months after each session. After the swelling subsides within a few days, the results will look more and more natural.
How long do the results last?
Results last two or more years.
Moderate swelling, mild bruising, and mild pain are expected.
Prescription pain medications are generally not necessary.
Most people return to work and activities in a few days.

What is SuperFiller?
As we age, our skin envelope begins to thin out. Collagen and fat begin to shrink, giving us a hollow or sunken appearance.
Fillers are synthetic or autologous agents used to help restore the volume for the face and body
SuperFiller is an easy, simple, flexible, and long lasting synthetic filler for the nasolabials folds and receding chin.
Super Filler produces instant filling effect and gradual collagen stimulation overtime. Best of all, SuperFiller is easier than surgery, restores both bone and soft tissue volume, works faster than fat grafting, lasts much longer(almost ten to thirty times longer than traditional hyaluronic acid acid, with a duration ranging from 5 to 15 years and possibly longer, and feels softer than rigid filler like BellaFill.
The variable composition of SuperFiller allows flexible treatment of both bone and soft tissue for nasolabial folds, folds around the mouth and chin, and receding chin.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
Easier than surgery
More complete improvement for both bone and soft tissue than implant
Faster than fat grafting
Much longer lasting than hyaluronic acid
Softer feeling, longer lasting, more cost effective than BellaFill, requiring no pre-testing
What Conditions May Be Treated?
Recediing chin
Nasolabial folds
Folds around the mouth
Acne scar

What is a Erbium Yag Laser?
Laser is a focused beam of intense, “single-colored” light and heat energy with a specific wavelength but variable intensity and pulse duration designed to selectively interact with specific tissues of the skin.
The effect of laser depends on wavelength, degree of cooling, intensity of energy or fluence, pulse duration ranging from picoseconds to milliseconds, the intended targets, and skin type of the individuals. The effect of laser on tissues is specific and is based on the principle of selective photothermolysis.
Most lasers thus targets primarily very specific components of the skin. As such, combination treatments with other modalities and lasers generally produce broader and more effective outcome.
Laser can be used to treat the following conditions:
1. Skin tone
2. Melasma
3. Postinflammatory pigmentation

What is Cool-BriteSM?
Cool-BriteSM is an unique “cool” skin pigmentation brightening treatment. Unlike most other heat and redness producing treatments like traditional laser and chemical peels, Cool-BriteSM produces no heat nor redness.
This procedure offers an effective, gradual, gentle, and convenient option to treat their pigmentation, without downtime or worry of worsened pigmentation. This treatment is especially helpful for skin type of easy pigment darkening, people with active outdoor lifestyle, and for those who seek improvement even during the summer season.
Cool-BriteSM treatment employs non-heat producing combination technique with skin Bleaching InjectionSM, CD34 blood stem cells skin injection, and low level light healing by CooLiteSM, all used together to even skin tone. Uneven skin tone can be gradually and gentle evened, and pigmented cells can quickly shed. As such, stubborn pigmentaion such as melasma, postinflammatory pigmentation, and uneven skin tone can be treated.
Because of very little heat produced, this treatment does not produce redness and therefore is an unique “cool” skin brightening treatment, especially suitable for all seasons, including the summer. This “cold” treatment does not have the side effects of extensive recovery peeling, redness, or chance of worsened pigmentation.
Bleaching Injection

As such, only thru direct injection would allow completion absorption of these important formulations and therefore afford markedly improved efficacy.
This injection delivers direct microinjection of skin brightening agents into stubborn pigmentation. The medicine is effectively absorbed, thus significantly enhancing the brightening effects of topical medicine. The ingredients used include brightening and hydrating factors agents such as local anesthetics, antioxidants, brightening agents, and hydrating molecules, and additional biologic factors.
CD 34 Blood Stem Cells Skin Injection
This injection can also deliver microinjection of laser activated skin reparative growth factors and CD34 stem cells derived from you own blood. These biologic factors regenerate the skin, promotes healthier microcirculation, and reorganizes new collagen reformation.
Low level light healing by CooLiteSM
Low level light, or light emitting diode, heals the skin, reduces skin inflammation and redness, and helps to control pigmentation.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
The only “Cool” skin treatment which targets stubborn melasma and postinflammatory hyperpigmentation
Combination technique consisting of skin Bleaching Injection, stem cells injection, and low level light healing
suitable for skin type of easy darkening and individuals with active outdoor lifestyle
More effective and comfortable than microneedling
No exfoliation, compared to chemical peels
No redness, heat, or rebound pigmentation compared to laser

Rapid Clear is a rapid, effective, yet gentle combination treatment for stubborn pigmentation. Designed to treat both diffuse and spotty pigmentation, Rapid Clear simultaneously employs two gentle techniques: peel pigment clearance for quick pigment shedding and laser pigment fragmentation. Skin tone is evened, with smoothness enhanced and spots faded.
Initially, gentle low-heat pigment KTP, Alexandrite, Nd YAG, or IPL PhotoFacial Laser is employed for spot treatment. Pigment laser breaks up isolated spotty pigmentation by using highly focused yet gently cooled long pulsed laser energy to precisely fragment pigment spots. Within just a few weeks, spots become lighter and continue to fade with time.
Subsequently, a peel such as Acne Peel, Glow Peel or Brightening Peel rapidly sheds and exfoliates away pigmented cells. Within one week, collagen growth is stimulated, and radiance with glow is quickly restored.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
Quick reduction for both diffuse and spotty pigmentation
Faster result than laser alone
More complete improvement than chemical peel
More effective than skin medicine
What Conditions May Be Treated?
1. For individuals desiring quick improvement and willing to adhere to strict skin care program with sun avoidance
2. Co-existing cloud-like pigmentation with spotty pigmentation
3. Melasma
4. Uneven skin tone

Chemical Peel is considered a “hot” technique, meaning a variable degrees of redness is noted following the treatment. As such, sun protection is essential after treatment.
Acne Peel is a form of acidic chemical peel designed to improve whiteheads, blackheads, oil control, and early acne. Within one week, the early inflammation components of acne are improved. Typically, agents used include combination of salicylic and MDSun soothing ingredients.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
Quick reduction of early acne
More effective than skin medicine alone
What Conditions May Be Treated?
1. For individuals desiring quick improvement and willing to adhere to strict skin care program with sun avoidance
2. blackheads, white heads, and early inflammatory acne
3. cloud-like pigmentation
4. Melasma
5. Uneven skin tone
6. Post-inflammatory pigmentation
7. Smoothness
8. lack of radiance and glow
Whom is the treatment for?

How is the treatment done?
As for all treatments for pigmentation, proper topical medical product regimen is initiated prior to any other treatment. Once the skin is primed, treatment can be started.
The peel is performed on the whole face. Cotton q-tips or sponges are used to apply in a paint-like fashion until a mild to moderate uniform frosting color appears. The medicine can be left on five minutes, followed by rinse off. Typically, only mild immediate burning is noted. After the initial peel, a second peeling agent is used until a mild pinkness is noted, followed by rinse off. Within few days, mild to moderate exfoliation and pinkness are noted.
Generally, several sessions are required.
The treatment takes about half hour in an outpatient clinic setting
.
Local anesthesia is generally not needed.
What results may be expected?
1. Improved blackheads, whiteheads, and early inflammatory acne
2. Improved cloud-like pigmentation
3. Reduced melasma
4. More even skin tone
5. Less post-inflammatory pigmentation
6. Enhanced smoothness
7. More even skin tone
8. more radiance and glow
When will one see the results?
Results are gradual and can be seen beginning in two weeks. More effects will generally require multiple sessions of therapy.
How long do the results last?
Results last one year and longer when proper topical medical product regimen is maintained.
How to maintain or enhance my results?
Continued therapy, especially when combined with topical medicine regiment, would maintain and enhance results.
For more aggressive and faster results, combination with other modalities will be helpful.
What is the recovery like?
Recovery lasts few days.
Mild flakiness, redness, and dryness are expected.
Mild redness, crusting, or temporary darkening are noted.
Prescription pain medications are generally not necessary.
Most people return to work and activities in few days.
Q: Why does the skin not peel after chemical peel but the skin still turns red only?
A: Very light and superficial may have very little peeling and may produce only redness.
Q: Can I apply mask after chemical peel?
A: For the first three days after a peel, the most helpful medications after peels are anti-redness spray, steroid cream or ointment, serum moisturizers, and sun block. When the redness subsides or peeling is complete, other medicine may be applied.
Q: What makes the best sunblock?
A: Hypoallergenic physical sun block components with broad spectrum coverage of UVA and UVB, combined with anti-inflammatory photoprotective activeIngredients, in a well absorbed, cosmetically elegant vehicle.
Q: When can I go back to my skin meds after chemical peel?
A: For the first three days after a peel, the most helpful medications after peels are anti-redness spray, steroid cream or ointment, serum moisturizers, and sun block. When the redness subsidies or peeling is complete, other medicine may be applied.

6. More contouring than Botox
7. non-surgical compared to implants
8. Proprietarily researched and developed patent office registered regenerative medicine technique
9. Performed by the most experienced center in this technique in America

What is Instant LiftSM?
As we age, our skin envelope begins to thin out. Collagen and fat begin to shrink, giving us a hollow or sunken appearance.
Fillers are synthetic or autologous agents used to help restore the volume for the face and body.
Instant Lift may be your best solution to look great quickly with much longer effects with nourishing and hydrating effects.
Instant Lift creates more shapely face instantly with more hydrated and smoother looking skin.

What is Exilis?
Non-surgical face lifting refers to skin tightening technologies which tone, lift, and contour the face and neck without surgery. These technologies can re-build collagen, condense unwanted fat, and tighten the superficial muscular layer of the skin. Specifically, these technologies tighten loose skin on the brows, eyelids, the jowls and neck, and under the chin.
Fundamentally, all skin technology uses focused deep heat to achieve skin tightening. Currently, there are three ways of achieving the skin tightening: laser, radiofrequency (RF), and ultrasound. Each modality targets different depths of the skin, emits different type of heat patterns, and thus produce different clinical benefits for different conditions.
Commonly, combination of laser, radiofrequency, and ultrasound produce faster and better results. And further combining with botox and fillers create the best overall results.
Exilis
Exilis uses radiofrequency energy to product skin tightening. The procedure uses advanced mono-directional diffuse radiofrequency to smoothen and tighten the skin. This treatment stimulates collagen of superficial and medium depth and tightens the fibromuscular fascia of the skin.
As a cost effective option, this procedure is especially suitable for heat sensitive, thin-skin individuals who can receive multiple sessions of treatments.
Correctable conditions include early stages of saggy brows, crow’s feet, neck laxity, upper neck laxity, lower neck lines, texture, and body skin looseness.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
1. More comfortable than Ulthera or Thermage
2. Multi-session treatment
3. The most cost effective option
4. Suitable for thin skin areas
5. Appropriate for heat sensitive individuals
6. More economical solution than surgery
What Conditions May Be Treated?
1. Thick or thin skin
2. Nasolabial lines
3. Saggy jowls
4. Neck laxity
5. Texture
Whom is the treatment for?
1. Patients with realistic expectation
2. Patients in good healthy conditions
For the radiofrequency, the areas of the brows, crow’s feet, jowls, upper neck, and the lower neck are emphasized. The face is marked for contouring and lubricated with gel. The transducers are the then applied onto the skin to emit diffuse electrical energy to the superficial and medium depths of the skin. Multiple passes are performed in a directional lifting manner. Heat sensation will be felt.
Generally, a combination package treatment is required.
The treatment takes about half hour in an outpatient clinic setting
.
Oral anesthesia may be used.
What results may be expected?
1. Better brow position
2. Smoother crow’s feet
3. Lifted jowls
4. Tighter upper neck
5. Smoother lower neck lines
How many shots are used?
The time of radiofrequency lasts about a hour. The energy targets only the necessary areas of thick collagen and fribromuscular layer. Areas with thin collagen or absent fibromuscular layer will often further flatten down with heat energy and thus intense energy to the deep depth to these areas is not needed.
Do more pulses, shots, or lines make better results?
The short answer is “yes” for areas where one wants flattening. The answer is “no” for areas where one does not want loss of volume.
For these areas which excess plumpness or volume is not desired, more energy via more pulses, shots, or lines to these areas will flattening the areas down.
Areas where plumpness or volume is not desirable and thus enhanced energy may be warranted include:
1. lower cheeks
2. nasolabial prominence
3. jowls
4. double chin.
For areas which plumpness or volume is not desired, more energy via more pulses, shots, or lines to these areas will actually decrease the flattening the areas down, and produce more hollowed appearance.
Areas where plumpness or volume is to be maintained and thus excessive energy is not warranted include:
1. Forehead
2. Temples
3. upper cheeks
With combination technique, both ultrasound and radiofrequency energies are performed, all on areas where flattening where contraction is desired. Combination results are better than single modality ultrasound or radiofrequency alone.
Thus, where the skin tightening is targeted affects the aesthetic outcome and can either rejuvenate or age your look!
Does skin tightening with a single modality of laser, radiofrequency, or ultrasound provide the best skin tightening result?
The short answer is combination technique, not single modality, produce the best results.
Laser
1. focused columns of superficial heat energy, with gaps of no energy between columns
2. targets superficial collagen
Radiofrequency
1. uniform, radiant, circumferential, wavelike heat without gaps
2. targets deep collagen and fat more comfortably
Ultrasound:
1. focused columns of deep heat energy, with gaps of no energy between columns
2. targets deep collagen and muscle with intense heat.
3. While ultrasound can also be used for fat, monoploar radiofrequency provides far more uniform heat for better fat reduction.
The efficacy of skin tightening depends on:
1. Levels of heat: superficial heat(superficial collagen), deep focused heat(deep collagen and muscle), and deep radiant heat(fat contraction).
2. Amount of heat
3. Sessions of heat
4. Combined treatment with other modalities such as laser, radiofrequency, botox, and fillers.
When will one see the results?
The results will be seen gradually within two months. After the swelling subsides with few days, the results will look more and more natural.
How long do the results last?
Results long one year or more. Duration of effect is similar regardless of sessions of treatments, but the magnitude of change will be determined by the number of sessions.
How to maintain or enhance my results?
Additional maintenance is required.
Healthy eating and exercise are helpful to enhance results.
Further treatment may be recommended to further results.
What is the recovery like?
Recovery lasts one day
Mild redness, swelling, pain, and occasional tingling are expected.
Prescription pain medications are generally not necessary.
Most people return to work and activities in one day.

What is ReFirmeTM?
Light
ReFirmeTM
ReFirme uses light energy to treat superficial collagen. This treatment uses infrared light, along with bidirectional radiofrequency, to smoothen the skin. This treatment stimulates collagen of superficial depth.
As the most cost effective option, this procedure is especially suitable for heat sensitive, thin-skin individuals who can receive multiple sessions of treatment to achieve best results.
Correctable conditions include texture and lower vertical necklines.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?

2. Multi-session treatment
3. Suitable for thin skin, texture smoothening, neck laxity, and vertical neck lines
4. Appropriate for heat sensitive individuals
5. Most economical solution
What Conditions May Be Treated?
1. Thin skin
2. Neck laxity
3. Vertical neck lines
4. Texture
Whom is the treatment for?
1. Patients with realistic expectation
2. Patients in good healthy conditions
For the infrared light with radiofrequency, the areas of the lower neck are emphasized. The area is marked for contouring and lubricated with gel. The transducers are the then applied onto the skin to emit diffuse infrared light and electrical energy to the superficial depth of the skin. Multiple passes are performed in a directional lifting manner. Heat sensation will be felt.
Generally, a combination package treatment is required.

What results may be expected?
1. Reduced chubby face
2. Reduced double chin
3. Improved eyelid wrinkles
4. Improved cellulite
5. Reduced Stretch marks
6. Smoother body wrinkling
How many shots are used?
The number of shots for ultrasound will vary between 900 to 1200. The energy targets only the necessary areas of thick collagen and fribromuscular layer. Areas with thin collagen or absent fibromuscular layer will often further flatten down with heat energy and thus intense energy to the deep depth to these areas is not needed.

Radiofrequency
ThermageTM
Thermage uses mono-directinal radiofrequency heat energy to tighten, lift, and compact the skin. This treatment stimulates collagen of medium and deep depth, tightens the fibromuscular fascia of the skin, and flattens down unwanted localized fat.
As a more costly option, this procedure is particularly suitable for thick-skin, heat-tolerant individuals who desire a convenient onetime treatment.
Thermage Face
This treatment tightens and contours the face by using electrical energy to produce collagen remodeling, growth, and fat shrinkage in select areas. Correctable conditions include early stages of nasolabial lines, jowls, and double chin.
Thermage Eyelids
This treatment improves early skin eyelid redundancy, improving hooding and fine wrinkles around the eyes.
Thermage Body
This treatment improves body wrinkling. Correctable conditions include skin wrinkling and cellulite associated with pregnancy, weight loss, and/or aging.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
1. Most versatile one session skin tightening treatment

RF LipoTight
RF LipoTight combines radiofrequency with Botox injection for skin tightening. This innovative technique combines the special face lifting effects of SuperBotox and the diffuse radiofrequency energy of Exilis. Furthermore, all layers and depth of skin are targeted. The treatment tightens and lifts the skin.
This package treatment stimulates collagen of superficial and medium depth collagen and tightens the fibromuscular fascia of the skin.
The program consists of SuperBotox face lifting and Exilis radiofrequency applications.
Compared to the slower and subtle results of radiofrequency alone, this treatment produces much faster results and more dramatic results. Compared to radiofrequency alone, RF LipoTight is more effective at tightening than any single modality alone. Compared to surgery, this treatment is much more economical yet provides tightening results without the down time and expense.
As a cost effective option, this procedure is especially suitable for heat sensitive, thin-skin individuals who can receive multiple sessions of treatments.
Correctable conditions include early stages of saggy brows, crow’s feet, neck laxity, upper neck laxity, lower neck lines, texture, and body skin looseness.

Commonly, combination of laser, radiofrequency, and ultrasound produce faster and better results. And further combining with botox and fillers create the best overall results.
RF SonoTightSM is the most ideal approach which combines radiofrequency and ultrasound energy with Botox injection for skin tightening. This innovative technique combines the special face lifting effects of SuperBotox, the highly focused, precise ultrasound energy of Ulthera, and the diffuse radiofrequency energy of RF LipoTight. Furthermore, all layers and depth of skin are targeted. The treatment tightens and lifts the skin.
This package treatment stimulates collagen of superficial, medium and deep depth, and tightens the fibromuscular fascia of the skin.
The program consists of SuperBotox face lifting, Ulthera ultrasound, and RF LipoTight radiofrequency applications.
Compared to the slower and subtle results of ultrasound or radiofrequency alone, this treatment produces much faster results and more dramatic results. Compared to laser, this combination treatment penetrates skin more deeply. Furthermore, compared to ultrasound, radiofrequency, or injection alone, RF SonoTight is more effective at tightening than any single modality alone. Compared to surgery, this treatment is much more economical yet provides tightening results without the down time and expense.
Correctable conditions include early stages of saggy brows, crow’s feet, droopy cheeks, nasolabial lines, saggy jowls, double chin, upper neck laxity, lower necklines, and texture.
As the most costly option, this program is particularly suitable for thick or thin skin, heat-tolerant, wrinkled individuals who can receive multiple sessions to receive the best results.
RF SonoTightSM Face
This program specifically addresses the face for the areas of droopy cheeks, nasolabial lines, saggy jowls, double chin, upper neck laxity, lower necklines, and texture.
This treatment combines muscle tightening Ulthera, collagen smoothening LipoTight, and muscle lifting SuperBotox.
RF SonoTightSM Brows and Eyelids
This program specifically addresses the areas of saggy brows and lax upper eyelids.
This treatment combines muscle tightening Ulthera, collagen smoothening LipoTight, eyelid tightening Thermage, and muscle lifting SuperBotox.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
1. Faster results and one time treatment
2. More effective results than Ulthera, Thermage, or injection alone
3. Combines multiple energy modalities and injection skin tightening
4. Multi-layered tightening targeting all different skin depths
5. Penetrate more deeply than Lasers
6. Target multiple skin depths than Ulthera alone
7. Appropriate for heat tolerant individuals
8. More economical solution than surgery
What Conditions May Be Treated?
1. Thick or thin skin
2. Saggy brows
3. Nasolabial lines
4. Saggy jowls
5. Neck laxity
Whom is the treatment for?
1. Patients with realistic expectation
2. Patients in good healthy conditions
The whole face and neck are treated. The combination package program starts with one SuperBotox cheek or neck lifting, followed by ultrasound application of Ulthera, followed by the radiofrequency of RF LipoTight.
For the SuperBotox lifting, the cheeks or neck are emphasized. SuperBotx can effectively lifting the cheeks or neck.
For the ultrasound, the targeted areas for contouring and lubricated with gel. While imaging the skin layers, transducers are then applied onto the skin to emit highly focused and precise sound energy to the medium and deep depths of the skin. Multiple passes are performed in a directional lifting manner. Heat sensation will be felt.
For the radiofrequency, the targeted areas are marked for contouring and lubricated with gel. The transducers are the then applied onto the skin to emit diffuse electrical energy to the superficial and medium depths of the skin. Multiple passes are performed in a directional lifting manner. Heat sensation will be felt.
Generally, a combination package treatment is required.
The treatment takes about a hour in an outpatient clinic setting
Oral anesthesia may be used.
What results may be expected?
1. Better brow position
2. Smoother crow’s feet
3. Lifted jowls
4. Tighter upper neck
5. Smoother lower neck lines
How many shots are used?
The number of shots for ultrasound will vary around 650, while the time of radiofrequency lasts about a hour.
Further treatment may be recommended to further results
What is the recovery like?
Recovery lasts one day.
Mild redness, swelling, pain, and occasional tingling are expected.
Prescription pain medications are generally not necessary.
Most people return to work and activities in one day.

What is Eyelid Surgery(Blepharoplasty)?
Eyelid surgery restores a more youthful gaze by correcting loose skin, pouching, sagging around the eyes, sunken eyes, and sagging cheeks.
For upper eyelids, the surgery sharpens the crease, contours the lids, and reshapes the eyes. Excessive saggy eyelids due to heavy brows can also be corrected. For Asians, double eyelid surgery can create wider looking eyes.
For lower eyelids, correctable conditions include eye bags, sunken eyes, skin laxity, and sagging cheeks.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
1. Quick and dramatic improvement
2. Long lasting
3. Less maintenance required
What Conditions May Be Treated?
1. For individuals who desire quick and dramatic improvement and are able to tolerate downtime
2. Excessive upper eyelid hooding
3. Lack or insufficient upper eyelid crease
4. Eye bags

Whom is the treatment not for?
1. Patients with unrealistic expectation
2. Patients with low blood sugar, dehydration, acute disease, autoimmune disorder, blood disorder, cancer, or on bleeding thinning medications.
How is the treatment done?
For the aging upper eyelids, via an incision in the natural crease, the eyelid skin, muscle, fat, and other soft tissue are reconfigured. For excessive saggy eyelids due to heavy brows, simultaneous brow lifting with frown line reduction via the same upper lid incision can be carried out, eliminating additional incision. For Asians, reattachment of soft tissue helps to form a new crease.
For lower eyelids, external or internal incisions are often combined with muscle tightening, fat replacement, and chemical or laser skin resurfacing.
The surgery takes about two hours in an outpatient surgery center.
Local anesthesia my be used.
What results may be expected?
1. Reduced hooding
2. More prominent upper crease

What is Facelift?
Face lifting helps diminish the effects of aging that causes the skin to loosen on the face and neck. This procedure can give you a considerably younger-looking face and neck. Many people experience renewed self-esteem and renewed vitality.
Aging face results from both skin laxity and loss of volume such as collagen, fat, and bone.
For skin laxity, three types of facelift surgery options exist to lift different areas of the face.
The brow and cheek face lift addresses the upper face, including the brows, temple, and cheeks. upper and/or lower eyelid surgery can be done at the same time. This facelift option primarily lifts the brows and cheeks.
On the other hand, The jowl and neck face lift addresses the lower face, including the areas in front of ear, the jowls, and the neck. Often chin implant and/or fat grafting is done at the same time. This facelift option creates a more graceful lower face and neck contour.
For loss of volume, a volume lift is needed to restore fullness. Volume restoration indirectly lifts the skin, creating a fuller, voluminous, and plumber face. The surgical option is fat grafting.
Depending on one’s condition, one or even three lifts such as brow cheek, jowl neck, and even volume lift surgery options may be appropriate. When multiple lifts are needed, surgeries are generally spaced several weeks apart.
How does this treatment differ from the other options?
For individuals desiring dramatic and rapid improvement and are able to tolerate down-time
Quick and dramatic improvement

How is the treatment done?
Brow and Cheek Lift
This lift uses endosopic or small incisions are made the scalp areas to lift up the tissues of the brow and cheeks. Unlike traditional endoscopic technique, only incisions in the scalp are needed, eliminating the need for an additional inside-the-mouth incision. Also unlike traditional endoscopic technique, the shape of the cheeks and brows are individually tailored with deep suspension sutures, eliminating the need for an foreign implant. Unlike the traditional “southern” lift, no skin is actually removed. Temporary fixation devices are placed and then removed within the week.
Jowl and Neck Lift
This lift uses incision hidden in the ear crease to lift up the tissues of the lower cheeks, the jowls, the jawline, and the upper neck. Unlike traditional facelift with longer incision, this incision is shorter. And unlike traditional facelift, the face is not just lifted, but the fullness is restored with growth factors and stem cells enriched micro-droplet fat grafting. Furthermore, unlike traditional facelift where the skin is stretched, the skin is actually rejuvenated and re-thickened with HDGF and Fat Stem Cells, restoring suppleness to the aging skin.
Volume Lift
This lift uses small punctures to inject nutritionally enriched micro-droplet fat to restore volume to the face and the combined fat stem cells with high density growth factors to the skin for skin rejuvenation.
The fat is harvested from any areas of excess body fat using the EasyLipo technique. Under tumescent local anesthesia, the excess fat is removed, using “micro liposuction” technique, with small cannulas. When power is used, the microcannulas are used in reciprocating motion so that one often feels the like getting an “internal massage.” The fat is gently, incrementally, and progressively removed, layer by layer, without heat, while preserving the stem cell-rich fat cells in the extraction chamber.
In this state-of-the-art procedure, the extracted stem-cell rich fat cells can be processed into small-particle sized fat cells, with the stem cells extracted, and high density growth factors from platelet rich plasma added for enhanced augmentation, regenerative, and anti-aging effects.
Depending on one’s condition, one or even three lifts such as brow cheek, jowl neck, and even volume lift surgery options may be appropriate. When multiple lifts are needed, surgeries are generally spaced several weeks apart.
The surgery takes about four hours in an outpatient surgery center.

How is the treatment done?
Via multiple small incisions, delicate cannulas are used to suction the excess fat. Extraction methods may deploy one of more of the following: manual, motorized, laser, ultrasound, or radiofrequency extraction. Sculpted areas of excess fat in areas may include the jowls, neck, abdomen, flanks, back, the tail bone, thighs, and many other sites. The harvested fat can then processed and injected in layered fashion into the specified area. Additional sessions may be required.
As an added option, the extracted fat can be modified and injected for tissue augmentation. In this state-of-the-art procedure, the extracted stem-cell rich fat cells can be processed into small-particle sized fat cells, with the stem cells extracted, and high density growth factors from platelet rich plasma added for enhanced augmentation, regenerative, and anti-aging effects.
Furthermore, fat-derived stem cells preparation can be made. LipoStem, the laser stimulated, antioxidant energized, and autologous blood stem cell enriched fat stem cells are injected intramuscularly or subcutaneously. In a surgical center, liposuction is performed under local anesthesia to remove about 200 cc of fat. This fat is then processed with specialized equipments to fractionate to produce a stromal vascular fraction containing the fat stem cells. LipoStem is the then produced by laser stimulation, antioxidant energization, and autologous blood stem cell enrichment.
Local or general anesthesia may be used.
