What is Ultra ClearTM?
Ultra Clear is a rapid, effective, yet gentle combination treatment for stubborn pigmentation. Designed to treat both diffuse and spotty pigmentation, Ultra Clear simultaneously employs three gentle techniques: peel pigment clearance for quick pigment shedding, laser pigment fragmentation, and micro-injection of bleaching medicine. Skin tone is evened, with smoothness enhanced and spots faded.
Initially, gentle low-heat pigment KTP, Alexandrite, Nd YAG, or IPL PhotoFacial Laser is employed for spot treatment. Pigment laser breaks up isolated spotty pigmentation by using highly focused yet gently cooled long pulsed laser energy to precisely fragment pigment spots. Within just a few weeks, spots become lighter and continue to fade with time.
Subsequently, a peel such as Acne Peel, Glow Peel or Brightening Peel rapidly sheds and exfoliates away pigmented cells. Within one week, collagen growth is stimulated, and radiance with glow is quickly restored.
Subsequently or prior to the peel, a Bleaching Injection is administered.
Most topical creams are limited in efficacy due to their limitation of penetration and absorption. These important ingredients would be much more helpful if they were much better absorbed. As such, only thru direct injection would allow completion absorption of these important formulations and therefore afford markedly improved efficacy.
This injection delivers direct microinjection of skin brightening agents into stubborn pigmentation. The medicine is effectively absorbed, thus significantly enhancing the brightening effects of topical medicine. The ingredients used include brightening and hydrating factors agents such as tranexamic acid, high potency vitamin C, hydrating agents, antioxidants, amino acids, minerals, and anesthetics.
CD 34 Blood Stem Cells Skin Injection

How is the treatment done?
As for preparation, proper topical medical product regimen is initiated prior to treatment. Once the skin is primed, treatment can be started.
Commonly, all parts of the treatment, including the exfoliation and laser, are done in one single session.
After numbing medicine is washed off, the lasers are activated. Pin point rubber band like sensations will be felt, while the skin is cooled during most of the time. Sequential lasers are then used. Topical anti-inflammatory agents and sunblock are then used.
Subsequently, a peel is performed.
Acne Peel is a form of acidic chemical peel designed to improve whiteheads, blackheads, oil control, and early acne. Within one week, the early inflammation components of acne are improved. Typically, agents used include combination of salicylic and soothing ingredients.
Hydrating Peel is a form of acidic chemical peel designed to improve hydration. The peel quickly sheds and exfoliates away pigmented cells. Within one week, skin is more evened. Agents used include combination of lactic acid and soothing ingredients.
Glow Peel is a form of non-acidic chemical peel designed to improve pigmentation and glow for the lighter skin type, without any burning sensation during the peel. The peel rapidly sheds and exfoliates away pigmented cells. Within one week, collagen growth is stimulated, and radiance with glow is quickly restored. Agents used included combination of retin-A, salicylic acid, hydroquinone, azelaic acid, and soothing ingredients.
Bleaching Injection
With microinjection, the medicine is injected superficially in a grid like manner onto the whole face. Increasing concentration and number of ingredients are added to each formulation injection.
